Returns & Exchange

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's what to know before you send it back.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of the product being delivered.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it in.
It should not be tampered with, damaged, or altered in any way.
It must come back in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you.

How it works

Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll process your exchange or refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
